We walk the actual boundary and show you where your plot sits on the sanctioned layout.

Roads, lighting, boundary wall and drainage as they stand — not as they are planned.

Paperwork on site
Title chain, RERA registration and the registry process, explained with the documents in hand.

Rate and plan
Rate basis per Gaj, EDC position and which payment plan fits your position.
Visits run Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
