Rate basis per Gaj, EDC position and registry treatment appear on the project page. If a cost applies, you read it before you call, not at the signing table.
Payment goes to the company
Buyers pay Olivera Home Developers Private Limited directly. No cash to an intermediary, no payment routed through a broker.
Inventory status is live
A plot marked sold on this website was booked. We update the day it happens so nobody travels to site for something that is gone.
Registry and Dakhil Kharij are ours to handle
The paperwork after the sale is part of the job, not an afterthought you chase.
