RERA registration

Project-wise RERA registration numbers, where applicable, are displayed on the individual project pages of this website. Please verify each registration on the Uttar Pradesh RERA portal before making any payment.

Agent disclosure

Channel partners and brokers dealing in our inventory are required to hold a valid RERA agent registration where the law requires one. A partner is not authorised to collect any payment on the company's behalf.

What is stated on every project page

For each project we publish the rate basis, freehold status, RERA registration number where applicable, EDC position and registry treatment. If any of these is not shown for a project, ask us and we will provide it in writing before you proceed.
